Working skills and knowledge about the processing of wood are virtually instinctive in this region. It was therefore quite natural that the first single stave, wide board, multi-layer designed flooring started being manufactured by Rappgo AB in 1967. We wanted to retain the beautiful appearance of wide boards, but minimize the disadvantages of a solid board. A solid board expands or contracts in accordance with the surrounding air humidity. Solid wood can, for example, suffer from the building of gaps between the boards, warp or become twisted. With our construction, these disadvantages are prevented, in addition, you gain a better and cheaper complete solution for a new floor with our designs. For example, our glueless click system, RappLoc, is simplicity itself to lay. With our glued system or click jointed RappLoc, there is no need to fix the flooring to the sub-floor.

Rappgo now presents its new glueless click-jointed RappLoc flooring system. The floor is laid, board by board in exactly the same way as with a glued floor. No difficult phases having to join the ends of the boards before angling down and laying the lengths of the boards. It doesn't get any simpler!

Flooring manufacturer Rappgo in Mörkaskog (Sweden) is launching its widest flooring plank ever. The 1-strip oak plank is a full 300 mm wide, making it one of the widest flooring planks available on the market.
